OPMES 211 / 212

OPMES 212 has long history in many different saw mill environments. It has shown its best as a reliable scanner with easy service. This scanner consists of photo transistor ramp and light unit with a parabolic mirror and halogen light. The length of the log is measured with photocells and encoder. The OPMES 212 scanner can measure log sweeps with a continuous conveyor with low flights.

OPMES 604 / 614

This measuring system utilizes matrix cameras and laser beams. The system produces a complete three-dimensional image of the log, which makes the diameter calculating throughout its length possible. In the future properties of this scanner can be increased by x-ray measurement. This offers versatile possibilities for log grading.
